Hearts for School

We talk about being Lifers all the time — people united in our mission to reach the world for Jesus, one person at a time. So let’s do what Lifers do: let’s show up for our community! “Hearts for Schools” is our way of blessing the incredible staff at our four partnering elementary schools — the people shaping the next generation every day. Join with us by serving in one of these four ways:

1. Write Thank you cards to the staff of our Partnering Schools (available in the lobby during services on October 9th and 12th)

2. Deliver and set up a Staff Appreciation breakfast for our partnering elementary schools (deliver on Monday, October 20th)

3. YMCA and VRL Flag Football Volunteer team (Welcome families by serving coffee, cocoa, water on Saturday, October 18th between 8am to 3:30pm)

4. Help us host Riverbend Elementary School's Family Fun Night at VRL (Hospitality for Riverbend PTA as they hold a school fundraiser on Friday, November 14th)
