Jesus teaches us some very practical ways to build our lives on a firm foundation from His sermon on the mount. His teaching goes deeper than mere behaviour modification as He focuses on the heart--caring about the core of who people are. He provides encouragement that we can trust the God who loves us and will take care of us. The "Why" is the key in it all. "What" is the the heart behind it all.
