Guest Experience

The Guest Experience Team is all about exceeding our guests’ expectations. We have a variety of roles available including:

  • Greeters – Help guests feel welcomed and seen by holding doors open and guiding them to places in the building.
  • Ushers – Help people find seats and make sure there is room for their entire family in the auditorium.
  • Café – Make coffee, serve pastries, make breakfast, all while smiling and interacting with people.
  • Connecting Point – Welcome visitors to VRL, Help people find places to belong and serve, answer questions, and help others take their next step.
  • Parking – Help with the flow of traffic for a smooth transition between busy services and events.
