Prayer Coordinator
DESCRIPTION: Create a team to pray regularly for the outreach needs of VRL as communicated by the outreach pastor
TIME REQ’D: Weekly. The goal is to pray regularly and mobilize people to join
Food Drive Coordinator
DESCRIPTION: Work with the Communications team to promote and organize our annual food drive in February
TIME REQ’D: Prep work in January and a few weeks in February
Christmas Boxes Coordinator
DESCRIPTION: Work with the Communications team and outreach pastor to promote, organize, and deliver Christmas boxes to kids in early December
TIME REQ’D: October through December. This also entails organizing a team
Joy to the World Christmas Eve Catalog Development
DESCRIPTION: Work with the development team in writing and gathering photos for the promotional magazine we hand out for our Christmas Eve offering
TIME REQ’D: 3-4 Meetings to work on vision and layout
Joy to the World Christmas Eve Catalog Distribution
DESCRIPTION: Distribute magazines to the congregation by placing them on chairs and/or the feature booth
TIME REQ’D: 2-3 weekend services
Serve Day Coordinator
DESCRIPTION: Work with the outreach pastor to develop and manage Serve Day by identifying projects, managing project leads, and recruiting volunteers
TIME REQ’D: Several meetings with outreach pastor and project leads. Event tends to be 3rd weekend of July
Pope Francis Apartments Champion
DESCRIPTION: Work with outreach pastor and Pope Francis manager to determine entry points for partnering with the residents, and then helping create on-ramps for volunteers
TIME REQ’D: Various times throughout the year
Pope Francis Apartments Block Party
DESCRIPTION: Plan and develop a block party for the residents of Pope Francis Apartments
TIME REQ’D: Planning meetings and a one-time Saturday event
Short-term Mission Fund Raising Coordinator
DESCRIPTION: Each year we will do one large fundraising event to raise money for the short-term missions planned for that year. Your job will be to plan and develop this alongside the outreach pastor, the event coordinator, and the team leads
TIME REQ’D: One event per year. Several meetings will lead up to this as well as the day of the event
Barnabas Coordinator - Local
DESCRIPTION: Barnabas, or one who encourages, is set up to encourage our partners. Periodically throughout the year, you and your team will find ways to encourage each of our local partners
TIME REQ’D: 3-4 times per year with each of our local partners
Barnabas Coordinator - International
DESCRIPTION: Barnabas, or one who encourages, is set up to encourage our partners. Periodically throughout the year, you and our country coaches will find ways to encourage each of our international partners

Evangelism Lead
DESCRIPTION: Be the point person in training groups and individuals a variety of ways to share the Gospel. In addition, help cast vision for area evangelistic outreach opportunities
