Celebrate Recovery Food
DESCRIPTION: Work with the CR lead to organize meals for every Monday’s Recovery group. You will be connecting with Community and Rooted groups to arrange this
TIME REQ’D: Regular contact throughout the year, with meals each Monday night
Cafe Supply Coordinator
DESCRIPTION: Work with the café manager and gather the supplies needed for the café to function each week
TIME REQ’D: Each week fresh supplies are needed
Cafe SWAG Developer
DESCRIPTION: Work with the communications team to develop VRL clothing and items to sell
TIME REQ’D: Various times throughout the year with the goal of having a steady flow of items
Grant Writer
DESCRIPTION: Identify and write grants for various outreach projects (local and int’l) and help develop a team for this purpose
TIME REQ’D: Consistently throughout the year
Administrative Assistant
DESCRIPTION: Work with the outreach pastor to assist in the development of local and international projects and partnerships
TIME REQ’D: 3-5 hours per week usually. Each week will vary based on need
Event Coordinator
DESCRIPTION: Help plan and organize events that promote outreach. This will include appreciation events, meetings with 15-20 people, trip reports, etc.
TIME REQ’D: Periodically throughout the year
Homestay Coordinator
DESCRIPTION: Help arrange housing and transportation for guest speakers and partners that come to VRL.
TIME REQ’D: Usually 1-2 times per year
Travel Agent
DESCRIPTION: Works with the outreach pastor for international teams and groups
TIME REQ’D: 5-6 Trips per year with groups of 2-25
Short-term Missions Administrator
DESCRIPTION: Coordinate the paperwork and forms for all short-term mission trips
TIME REQ’D: Consistent time working with each team throughout the training process and putting together a travel packet for the team leader
Photographer
DESCRIPTION: Take photos of each outreach event to use for social media, church promotions and celebration, and future promotion
TIME REQ’D: Consistently throughout the year
Videographer
DESCRIPTION: Take video of each outreach event to use for social media, church promotions and celebration, and future promotion
TIME REQ’D: Consistently throughout the year
Recruiter
DESCRIPTION: To recruit new volunteers to help with outreach
